Lawson Queay Chartered Surveyors has long specialised in acting as an Employer’s Agent for a wide variety of clients and on a broad range of projects. This means working on your behalf (The Employer) to ensure that all design and build obligations are met and that all requirements outlined within your development brief are being followed correctly. We will manage the entire project on your behalf to prioritise your individual requirements.

As part of our role as the Employer’s Agent, we will work to ensure the unique requirements of your project are met. In addition to budgets and timescales, we will check Contract and Statutory compliance. By overseeing each step of the process, from the Pre-Contract Phase to construction, we will work to achieve the high quality standards you would expect.

PROJECT DELIVERY

To achieve your aspirations we would look to clarify the brief, prove project feasibility, compile cost estimates and provide robust contract documentation offering guidance on Warranties, Licences and Consents. Once on site, we will undertake regular site inspections, chair structured meetings and fully monitor the Contractor’s performance and compliance. Our robust contract documentation and the services described has proven to deliver many successful projects.
